Ms. Lavinia Iuliana Bulumac is a member of the civil servants core and legal adviser in the central public administration of Romania. Her career started in 2002 in the local administration and in 2006 has stepped up in her career by promoting a contest organized by the Ministry of European Integration. As a law graduates, she is specialized in European communitarian law and private law. Her extracurricular activities comprise a long involvement in Rotaract Club Piteşti, in the service of the community and of those who benefited from the realized projects. During 2007-2008 was the president of the Club. She is part of the first generation of Fellows of the Young Leaders Programme organized by the Aspen Institute Romania in 2007.
