Since 2005 she is leading a youth organization "Youth for Civil Development" and working in different projects, as well as working in IOM Georgia during the last 5 years.
She is actively involved in decision-making processes in Western Georgia, connected to the youth participation and administration issues. This period is marked by the range of pursued events in fields of illegal migration prevention among youth, human rights' popularizations and defense, gender issues, ecological projects and administrative aspects of local self-government both on national and international levels.
