We are currently accepting applications for volunteering at the high level international conference "Evolving Threat Assessment - Constant Mission",
co-organized by the Aspen Institute Romania
in collaboration with NATO
on topics of allied security. The conference will be held between September 22 and September 23,
The format of the conference offers an excellent opportunity to reflect on the transformations of the European security architecture and on the Allies' defence posture post Warsaw Summit. The joint purpose of the Aspen Institute Romania and NATO's Public Diplomacy Division is to address Romania's relevance in the region and its role as a contributor in a deepened dialogue on a set of complex issues.
Confirmed speakers include Mr. Sorin Ducaru, Assistant Secretary General for Emerging Security Challenges, Mr. Michael McNerney, Associate Director, International Security and Defense Policy Center, RAND Corporation, and Capt. James Craycraft, Commanding Officer, Aegis Ashore Missile Defence Facility (AAMDF).

Please be advised that, if selected, you will also need to attend short informative sessions on the days prior to the event.
Work during the volunteering program would involve welcoming guests, assisting with organizing materials for the event, registration of onsite attendees, providing useful information to guests, tracking session participation, logistical support.
- excellent command of English;
- ability to perform well in a multicultural environment;
- excellent time management skills;
- previous experience in event and conference organizing.
