VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITY AT BUCHAREST FORUM 2016
We are currently accepting applications for volunteering the largest strategic international event in Romania, Bucharest Forum 2016 - A Fulcrum of Strategic Change Ensuring Stability, Building Resilience, Harnessing Opportunity
, taking place on October 6-7, 2016. This is the 5th edition of Bucharest Forum, organized by the Aspen Institute Romania and the German Marshall Fund of the United States in partnership with the Government of Romania and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For this year’s edition of the Forum, we see three overarching objectives
at a critical moment for the West: strategic stability
, and three overlapping territorial angles
: European, regional and transatlantic
with the traditional Bucharest Forum’s East-West nexus reading.

Please be advised that, if selected, you will also need to attend short informative sessions on the days prior to the event.
Work during the volunteering program would involve welcoming guests, assisting with organizing materials for the event, registration of onsite attendees, providing useful information to guests, tracking session participation, logistical support.

- excellent time management skills;
- previous experience in event and conference organizing.
