We are currently accepting applications for volunteering at Aspen Ideas - Sibiu, which will be held between June 9 and June 11.
This is the first edition of Aspen Ideas, organized by the Aspen Institute Romania, in partnership with the Sibiu International Theater Festival, as part of a series of events organized by Aspen Institute Romania for celebrating 10 years of activity.
Aspen Ideas is an event dedicated to exploring innovative ideas and transformative processes that shape contemporary society. The focus is on the improvement of the quality of life, as well as environmental, community and civic sustainability of emergent societal and business models.

The event will take place over three days in Sibiu. For volunteers not residing in Sibiu, Aspen Institute Romania will cover the expenses of their travel, accommodation and meals. Please be advised that, if selected, you will also need to attend short informative sessions on the days prior to the event.
Work during the volunteering program would involve welcoming guests, assisting with organizing materials for the event, registration of onsite attendees, providing useful information to guests, tracking session participation, logistical support.

- previous experience in event and conference organizing
- interest in energy related topics is not mandatory, but would be an advantage
