YLP 2009 Module 3. 21-26 September

The third module is a 4 day series of round - table sessions where participants will debate key issues challenging European society today from different perspectives. Participants will gain an overview of the economic, political, environmental, social questions facing today's leaders, will assess the European and international implications and will seek to identify potential areas for action. Readings will be provided to stimulate debate.

Each participant, alone or in a team of 2, will make a presentation on a pre-given topic of 20 min, followed by a group debate on the topic and possible solutions to the raised problems. This is a module about debate, solutions and awareness of regional and national realities, having a strong background in the first and second module of the Programme. The last day of the Module is dedicated to presenting and receiving feedback on the Community Service Projects that the participants have to create and a discussion on the Young Leaders Alumni Network.
