Vice President, People's Action Socio-Political Movement. Republic of Moldova
After having completed with excellent results a practical activity at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova (External Relations Department), I started my professional activity as consultant on international relations at the Presidency of the Republic of Moldova. In 2007, I decided to begin my political career and I became one of the pople involved in the foundation of the People's Action Movement (a pro European and pro NATO party). On the 26th of September 2007, we declared the beginning of a plenty promotion campaign of the initiative - In the European Union with the territory we control. We think that in near future, there is no settlement solution for the Transnistrian crisis. A long lasting problem solution period could mean an indefinite period of insecurity, poverty and isolation for the Republic of Moldova. By shifting the way of Transnistrian crisis settlement, we mean setting up a border with all its prerogatives along the right bank of Nistru River on the Transnistrian segment. It doesn't mean the decoupling of Transnistria from the Republic of Moldova, but the cutting off of the Transnistrian problem from the process of the European integration of the Republic of Moldova. I'm entitled to meet people from different places of the country discussing with them about our ideas and the aims we want to realize, I'm responsible for organizing and participating at press conferences of the Movement, keeping relations with the diplomatic missions from Chisinau and, at present, I'm working at consolidating a youth team of our Movement. Besides this, at the moment, I'm founding a nongovernmental organization "European Values Without Borders". While having leisure time, I enjoy reading philosophical and political books. I adore playing the piano. I have a special passion for art photography. I dream to become a pilot. I'll be the firs pilot lady from Moldova J. I do believe that I'll be a pilot, because flying symbolizes freedom for me.

I believe seeds are magical, always fascinated by the things they germinate - hence my brother and I are enthusiastically working on further growing the family business. I love my work, which does not keep me at all from doing things outside my job, such as sports and traveling.
Traveling is one of my hobbies and I love discovering the world this way. Experiences vary from nearly getting deported from Ukraine, to spending time with forward-thinking leaders. Recently, fell in love with discovering the world through a lens and greatly enjoyed taking classes on photography and esthetics.
I take great pleasure in reading - as a child, I would be happy when down with a cold, so I could spend all day in bed with a book. Hooked to sports: skiing, skating, mountain-biking, squash.

Director of Dvlpt and Programs, Stepanavan Youth Center, Armenia
I am involved in the nonprofit and youth sector in Armenia for 9 years already. At the age of 21 I started the Stepanavan Youth Center an organization active in local, national and international levels. Years have passed and I continue to connect youngsters in Armenia and all over Europe to pursue the goals I set then with more energy, larger scope, better strategy, and more effectiveness. The success and effectiveness of my work I do not measure in any other way than the motivation and encouragement of young people to invest their efforts for the collective good and the positive change beneficiaries see and feel in and around them. I enjoy simple things in life and truly believe that it is possible to reach anything in life with big motivation, purposefulness and optimism. With the aim to balance between practical work and transfer of knowledge I started to work at the American University of Armenia and to be a trainer and consultant at various structures such as European Youth Forum, SALTO, CDPF, etc. I truly consider teaching a hobby rather than an occupation. I feel extraordinary satisfaction transferring my knowledge. Besides, I inspire my trainees to search for knowledge, believe in themselves; also formulating value system, principles and needs, I try to make a noticeable difference in their lives, as they do for me.
My leadership motto : "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader".
